Can't find Static Current Conduction solver

Hello everyone,
I am a new user of Elmer and would like to use this software to simulate the Joule effect through a stainless steel.
I've already been able to go around the forum and find topics related to asking me but what I can't explain is that I can't find the tab that allows me to ask Elmer to use the appropriate solver for the Joule effect. I also downloaded two images showing the "Equation" and "Body force" menu in Elmer to see what I have access to.
The installed version is the most recent, namely 8.3, download from the "sourceforge" link on Elmer's website https://www.csc.fi/web/elmer/binaries
Should we add data to the existing library or is everything normally there?
The option I can't get can be seen if the "Joule-Heating Actuator" image of this link viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1938&p=5992&hilit=joule#p5992, in 1st answer.
If there was ever a
Thank you very much,
Have a good day.
