ElmerGrid command file

Hi,

I am new to Elmer. I want to convert my geometry file created using GMSH to Elmer Mesh using ElmerGrid command file(.eg file) as given in the manual. Can someone please help me by sharing the exact procedure how this should be done. If possible share a sample command file.
