VectorHelmholtzSolver and 2nd Order Elements

Can VectorHelmholtzSolver handle 2nd order elements, or is it restricted to linear elements? Seeking insights and recommendations from those with experience.

Elmer has 2nd order edge elements (Nedelec's 1st kind) invoked by "quadratic approximation = true".
