Thermal Modal Analysis

Hi Everyone,
I would like to launch a thermal modal analysis. Is it possible?
I have added the "eigenvalue" analysis commands to the heat equation but they might not be compatible... I get the following error:
ERROR:: IterSolve: Failed convergence tolerances.
ERROR:: EigenSolve: Error with DNAUPD, info = -9
and the iterations yield Infinity...
The geometry is a square and the temperatures at the boundaries were defined as constants, all of them with the same value.
How could I do this?
