Unfortunately not.
In modeling blood flow in large arteries nonreflecting conditions have been achieved using coupling to 1D models (see Elmer Tutorials). Unfortunately this is hardly a generic solution for the problem. Did you have some suitable implementation in mind (e.g. perfectly macthed layer, PML)?
