MATC function catalog

Where is the most complete MATC language documentation, including a function catalog? Are there inline conditionals such as the ? : construction in C? (I notice that particular one doesn't work.)

There is a short MATC manual that also includes a function catalog:

The manual may also be found in ElmerPost -> Help -> MATC Matrix Language. This has been created by some tex2html converter in '97. The original files have vanished and I made just a reverse conversion for the pdf documentation as MATC has currently number of uses.
