Induced voltage in PMSM without Paraview

Setting up a circuit simulation is not very simple and is not a matter of just half an hour of work.

Further, you may use the report on induction machines by Pavel Ponomarev.

Using circuits asks for some investment in time, but I get nice results.

Hello Martin,

thanks again. I will try to set-up something. I suppose I only need to connect each phase of the machine with very large resistance ~1MOhm (for delta connection). The voltage on the resistance should be the EMF voltage.

several people asked me if I could share the project used to calculate the induced voltage (PMSM) of the 3 phase pmsm machine without paraview. This would not be possible for me without this forum and the documentation on PMSM by Pavel.

In order to get all the machine paremerers required, e.g. for a circuit simulation, I still need do calculate the self and mutual inductances of the machine. I've also started a topic about it on this forum (see "Calculation of self and mutual inductance for PMSM machines?"). If anyone has some idea how to use Elmer for this I would be of great help.

Hope someone else will find it useful.

Used version ElmerFEM v9.0.
