Hello everyone,

I was having some problems with Elmer on my native Ubuntu OS. So I downloaded the Virtual box file from

http://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/physics ... lMachines/

and followed the instructions in

to update the existing Elmer installation.

I followed the 10th instruction:

10) To udate Elmer (needs network connection) go to directory Source/elmerfem and say
"git fetch && git pull", clear the build directory "rm -fr builddir/*" and launch "./elmer_install.sh".

However, during the compilation I get:

[ 62%] Building CXX object ElmerGUI/Application/CMakeFiles/ElmerGUI.dir/ElmerGUI_automoc.cpp.o
[ 62%] Linking CXX executable ElmerGUI
[ 63%] Built target ElmerGUI
Makefile:160: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2
/opt/elmer/Elmer_devel has been installed

Please let me know how I can proceed. I am a relatively new user of Elmer and have rudimentary programming knowledge.
