Nernst-Planck equation

I have read in following presentations:
http://www.elmerfem.org/wiki/images/c/c ... ntroTZ.pdf
http://www.mit.jyu.fi/scoma/MDO2009/OID ... ID2009.pdf
http://www.csc.fi/english/pages/elmer/p ... raback.pdf
that Poisson-Nernst-Planck equation exists in Elmer solver.

But I can't find it in Elmer manuals and tutorials.

I need something like this:

Where can I find any information about it?

Unfortunately the Poisson-Nernts-Planck (PNP) equation made it only to the experimental phase, and never became part of the official version. The development in microfluidics has now mostly faded and this statement should have been erased from the slides. It would probably require some more effort to make the solver generally usable. Perhaps the author can comment on that.

It's a pity. Where can I find the sources of this module? Or is it impossible?
Thank you for your quick feedback.
