Elmer Webinar Series continuing on December 8!
Posted: 03 Dec 2021, 01:06
Dear Elmer users,
We are continuing with the popular Elmer FEM Webinar series with additional three presentations from members of Elmer Team. The webinars will be given during December 2021 on Wednesdays on Zoom at 14.00 EET (Helsinki), or 13.00 CET (Berlin). The Elmer webinar series are free of charge.
The first presentation "Coil modeling with Elmer FEM" will be given on Dec 8 when Jonathan Velasco. He will present how to model massive, stranded and foil windings in 2D and 3D. The presentation uses a new Python tool named Elmer CircuitBuilder to setup circuit networks in a user-friendly manner.
Dec 15 Thomas Zwinger will give a webinar "Geophysical applications beyond (but in connection to) Elmer/Ice".
Dec 22 Peter Råback will finish this mini series with "Multiphysics simulation with Elmer: examples with weak and strong coupling"

PS. The third presentation (my) hasn’t yet been written so if there is some Multiphysics coupling that you would like to hear more about maybe you can sent me some inspiration
