Eigen Analysis with more than one body

Good Morning,

I am working with the following setup, where I've got a stator and a housing. Each body receives its own material.

If possible, what would be the best method to then perform an Eigen Analysis, where both bodies are considered as one, but with each still conserving its own material properties? Is it achievable through the meshing or is there a way to force the outer boundary of the stator and the inner boundary of the housing to be stuck together?

It is done with the meshing tool. Not sure what meshing tool you are using. However you can control bodies and boundaries by making groups in the mesher. See Chapter 9.

I was using GMSH. I have now given Salome a try and it worked.

Salome is more powerful but it could still be done in Gmsh. In Gmsh you use physical groups of volumes to make bodies, and physical groups of surfaces to make boundaries.
