Re: BCs dependent on other boundaries values (during simulation)
I did notice that when my contact locations are moving the methos fails to work. I need to learn more about rotate and scale options. If you kindly guide me how to find the details. Should I look at the source code? If you don't mind, can you elaborate more on "perfect fit"? How is the map...

Re: ElmerCircuit And StaticCurrentSolver
I will add scale and rotation to the list as well. The rotation needs to be adjusted to get a perfect match, as Peter mentioned in my other post. I'll report on this and see how it goes

Re: BCs dependent on other boundaries values (during simulation)
I found a solution for adding an offset. It's not in the documentation but I found it in one of Peter presentations. In the following case. the potential of the boundary 1 will be the potential of boundary 2 minus 20. Boundary Condition 1 Target Boundaries(1) = 2 Periodic BC = Integer 2 Periodic BC ...

Re: ElmerCircuit And StaticCurrentSolver
Sorry, I should have been more clear. the solver seems to work and goes a head with a solution. However, the solution is not correct. In this scenario, I have 45 V on the source bc and I expect 45 - 5 on the slave bc. However, I see that the slave has gotten a large negative number. Screenshot from ...

Re: ElmerCircuit And StaticCurrentSolver
Would you mind elaborate more on the Constrain BCs? I am doing PCB simulation with Elmer StaticCurrentSolver. However, I don't know how to include the circuit elements. For example, Let's assume we have a resistor that is placed on a PCB. It has two pads that are modeled as boundary conditions in th...

Re: BCs dependent on other boundaries values (during simulation)
Is it possible to have one depends on the other ones with an offset?
for example, I want the potential of boundary 4 to be the potential of boundary 3 - 10 V.

Re: Non-conformal mesh contacts
Thank you Peter,
I spent some time and made the mesh conformal. I am still figuring out how to make mortar bc works in this case, just for future reference.

ElmerCircuit And StaticCurrentSolver
Quick question:
Is it possible to use ElmerCircuit and StaticCurrentSolver simultaneously. I have not seen any example or for that. Is it possible?
Thanks

Re: Non-conformal mesh contacts
Sometimes, I have a mesh that is non-conformal. If you don't mind can you try it with mortar bc and see if that works?
I really appreciate it
